Coordination →
A clash report needs enough context to produce a decision
AM organizes every issue with its location, affected systems and a clear description.
A model you have to decode
What an unexplained marker leaves open
? Which systems does this clash affect?
? Was the model built for coordination, quantities or fabrication?
? Which drawing issue was this model built from?
? Has this issue been resolved, or only hidden?
? Which sheet changed between these two revisions?
A model you can check
What AM Engineering delivers
✓ Model scope and source drawings stated at handover
✓ Issues recorded with location, systems and description
✓ Resolution left to the responsible team, never assumed in the model
✓ Sheet references and revisions kept consistent
✓ Missing dimensions flagged before they become assumptions
What we design →
Six scopes from drafting to coordination
Models and drawings developed to the purpose you set at the start.
BIM modeling
Building and system models developed to agreed detail requirements.
VDC and clash review
Model federation, clash detection and coordination views for review meetings.
Issue registers
Coordination issues logged with location, affected disciplines and status.
CAD drafting
Plans, sections and details drafted from your sketches, markups or design files.
Shop drawings
Shop drawing preparation from approved design inputs.
Revisions and records
Revision updates and record drawing support with a clear issue history.
How it works →
From source files to a checked model in five steps
Every modeling and drafting assignment follows the same review path.
1
Send your files
Drawings, design files, markups and the modeling or drafting brief.
2
We confirm scope
Disciplines, detail requirements, intended use and deliverable formats.
3
We model or draft
The model or drawing set is developed within the agreed scope.
4
We coordinate
Issues are documented for the responsible teams, and approved responses inform updates.
5
You receive the package
Model files, coordination views, issue records or drawing sets as agreed.
Revisions and comments
Comments are incorporated within the agreed scope. Unresolved design questions go back to the responsible reviewer.
Accepted inputs
CAD and Revit files, PDF drawings, marked-up PDFs and sketches with clear notes and dimensions.
What you receive →
What every model and drawing set includes
Files issued with their scope and limits, so reviewers know what the model can support.
The coordination package
✓ Model files to the agreed detail requirements
✓ Coordination views for each review issue
✓ Issue register with location and affected systems
✓ Drawing sets with sheet names, references and revisions
✓ Notes on model coverage and information limits
Your drafting standards
Share your title blocks, layers and standards so the drawings match your set.
Purpose agreed first
Coordination, quantity and fabrication models need different detail, so the use is set at the start.
Delivery format [To confirm]
Add file formats here (for example RVT, DWG, NWD, PDF).
See a sample model
Show buyers a coordination view and drawing sample before they send files. [Add sample file]

Why AM Engineering →
Built so every issue leads to a decision
Seven habits that run through every model and drawing set.
Context with every clash
Location, affected systems and a description come with each issue
Purpose first
The model's intended use is agreed before modeling starts
Source on record
Every model states which drawing issue it was built from
No silent fixes
Design changes follow the approval process, never an unsupported edit in the model
Consistent sheets
Dimensions, sheet references and revisions are checked across the set
Questions flagged
Missing dimensions and instructions are raised before drafting starts
Clear limits
Model coverage and information limits are stated at handover
FAQ →
BIM and drafting questions
Models, clashes, drawings and approvals.
Does a coordinated model approve the design?
No. Modeling and clash review support coordination. Design approval stays with the appointed professionals.
Can model quantities be used for estimating?
They can when the model content and measurement rules suit that purpose. Missing elements are identified.
Can you draft from marked-up PDFs?
Yes, when notes and dimensions are clear. Unconfirmed items are flagged for the designer.
Does drafting include engineering design?
No. Drafting turns supplied information into drawings. Engineering design is a separate scope.
Which software do you use? [To confirm]
Add the software, for example Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
How long does a model take? [To confirm]
Add typical turnaround for drafting and modeling assignments.
How is this priced? [To confirm]
Add the pricing basis, for example per sheet, per model or hourly.
